The villa is located in the Sklithri area above the resort of Achladies. On an island well know for its beaches, four sandy bays are within 5 minutes drive of the villa, Tzaneria, Achladies, Vromolimnos and Vasilias. Achladies features no less than three supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. For a wider selection of restaurants, cafés and bars venture into the islands bustling capital town only 5 kilometres away.

A tree lined road approaches this property perched at the top of a hill. The elevated position of this villa allows it to enjoy stunning sea views across pine forests that tumble down the hillside to meet the clear blue waters that lap the islands shores. With no passing traffic this villa enjoys a peaceful and private location. Set over three levels and built and decorated in a style that respects the traditional island methods the villa comprises of the main house and a self contained studio, allowing a large family or group of friends to holiday together whilst still being able to enjoy a degree of independence.
The entry level of the main villa features a spacious and open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living area features comfortable sofas, satellite television and a DVD player. Wi-fi internet access is available to guests who bring their own laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas & electric hob, microwave and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 6. French doors open onto a large circular balcony overlooking the swimming pool. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor. A curved staircase leads to the first floor where two bedrooms are located, a twin bedded room and a master double bedroom with private balcony. These two rooms share the full family bathroom that completes the accommodation on this floor.
An external staircase connects the main house to the open plan self contained studio at pool level. This spacious studio features a double bed, an unusual circular seating, a small TV set and a kitchenette equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, refrigerator and microwave. A full bathroom completes the studio accommodation.
Outside grassed areas surround the L-shaped 9 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool which ranges from 80cm to 2m 20cm in depth. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for lazing around the pool area and a built in barbecue allows for summer dining al fresco.
Air conditioning (split units for both cooling and heating) are provided in the bedrooms, the living area and the studio. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are supplied and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. Two camp beds (suitable for children under the age of 12 years) can be provided increasing the villas occupancy to 8 persons.
